- Does the contractor carry General Liability Insurance? Obtain a current certificate to check. – Raneri And Long Does
- Does the contractor carry Worker’s Comp on all his employees? Obtain a certificate for Worker’s Comp Insurance. – Raneri and Long of do this and than some.
- Does the contractor use sub-contractors? Raneri and Long does not sub-contract work. – No, we do all of the work ourselves and is all covered under our insurance
- Obtain references! Raneri and Long can provide virtually thousands of satisfied customers. – Reviews/references:
- Obtain a detailed written contract! Remember, don’t sign that contract till you talk to us!- Don’t pay a deposit!
Remember, if a contractor has a little of your money, he takes a lot of your power. Do not pay until you are satisfied!
